Leonhard Leeb Maurice André Becker
A Little Bit of Heaven composed by Leonhard LEEB for Tumpet solo; played by Leonhard Leeb Leonhard Leeb - Trumpet, Flugelhorn So it's really getting started - and in the end it's something Leeb has always done: Music out of passion, with passion. He got his first trumpet at the age of 12; it was an old, used and battered trumpet. Nevertheless, it was his great treasure and he loved its special sound. He was so enraptured by it that he voluntarily played and practiced every day. At the Vienna University of Music, he is very popular among his students. "I am no Maurice André, no Miles Davis, but at least I am Leonhard Leeb. I accept the possibilities of my playing on the trumpet, and with those I tell my stories. Even Chet Becker is no trumpet virtuoso" - Leeb builds himself up on success stories like this. And last but not least, he says: " since I was twelve years old, I had always wished above all: to be part of a band." He has long since achieved that with his ensemble Trumpets in Concert. On this track he interprets his own composition, a mixture of film music, smooth jazz and classical music. Let yourself be carried away into a soundscape of your own. more about Artist ► ARTIST WEBSITE: (http•••) ► WIKIPEDIA: (http•••) ► NAXOS: (http•••) ►FACEBOOK: (http•••) ► APPLE MUSIC: (http•••) ► SPOTIFY: (http•••) ► SHOPIFY –(http•••) (Sheet Music) #leonhardleeb #requiem #trumpetsolo

First trumpet lessons at the age of 9. Studied at the Vienna Music University mdw, with trumpet soloist Carole D. Reinhart and principal trumpet of the Vienna Philharmonic Josef Pomberger. Master classes with Maurice André and Ludwig Güttler, Pierre Thibaud (contemporary trumpet) and Adolph Herseth (orchestral trumpet). He completed his studies with jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, Edward Tarr (natural trumpet) and Friedemann Immer (natural trumpet). Maurice André, the greatest trumpeter of our century, is one of his formative teachers, along with jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval. His friendship with Alfred Mitterhofer, who was Maurice André's music partner for many years as an organist, brought him into the inspiring environment of the great master of the trumpet. In 1989 at the Vienna Konzerthaus he was in the spotlight for the first time. As a soloist he performed at the famous Austrian music festivals such as Bregenz Festival, Carinthian Summer and Festival Wiener Klassik. With the Berlin Brass Ensemble, the Orpheus Orchestra of New York and with the Moscow Virtuosi under Vladimir Spivakov, he played the solo trumpet in the orchestra. He received a grant from the Alban Berg Foundation. Today, the former student is himself a teacher of music management at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Leonhard Leeb is passionate about playing Yamaha trumpets and is a Yamaha Artist. He is the founder and director of the ensemble Trumpets in Concert and The Art of Trumpet Vienna, which delights audiences with concert series such as "Trumpets in Concert" in the popular classical genre between baroque, sophisticated pop ballads and original compositions. The ensemble was invited twice in a row to provide the musical framework for the inauguration of Federal President Dr. Heinz Fischer, which could also be heard and seen live on Austrian television ORF 2. In February 2017, Leonhard Leeb was invited to perform concerts in China as part of International Culture Cooperations. He gave concerts at the concert hall in Mianyang and at the 2nd International Music Festival in Deyang. There he performed his own works for the first time. "Poetic enchantment, a musicality that will captivate you" is how trumpeter Leonhard Leeb is praised by critics and audiences. "I accept the possibilities of my playing on the trumpet, and with them I tell my stories with the gentle power of the trumpet!" In addition to his soulful trumpet playing, Leonhard Leeb's ability to initiate new things expands the multi-faceted richness of literature for trumpet. more about Artist ► ARTIST WEBSITE: (http•••) ► WIKIPEDIA: (http•••) ► NAXOS: (http•••) ►FACEBOOK: (http•••) ► APPLE MUSIC: (http•••) ► SPOTIFY: (http•••) ► SHOPIFY –(http•••) (Sheet Music) ► CDBABY: (http•••) ► SPINNUP (Universal Music): (http•••) #leonhardleeb #trumpetsolo #animationfilm

Juli 1976 wurde Britten als Baron Britten of Aldeburgh in The County of Suffolk zu einem Life Peer erhoben. His sculptures emerge in the space as rock seats, as body receptacles for meditation, as implements for concentration, as mechanisms for spiritual workout which act upon the human body by exercising it and toning up its spirit.
