(http•••) To avoid common problems some people mostly encounter with these baguettes, follow this standard advice procedure and you won't go wrong. 1. Stick to the recipe rigidly, the quantities are very important for successful results 2. Use scales for the measurements including the water, don't convert to cups or measuring jugs, they are too inaccurate 3. Use proper white bread flour with at least 12% protein, check the ingredients list on the side of the flour bag, protein may show in grams per serving but just work it out, it needs to be 12g of protein per 100g of flour, plain or all purpose flour is not strong enough for making bread. 4. Check your yeast is working you can do a yeast test as shown in my sandwich bread video here (http•••) Any problems or inquiries I'm always here to help. Edgard Varèse Georges Barrère Grams 1936 1946
Score / Partitura: (http•••) Density 21.5 is a piece of music for solo flute written by Edgard Varèse in 1936 and revised in 1946. The piece was composed at the request of Georges Barrère for the premiere of his platinum flute, the density of platinum being close to 21.5 grams per cubic centimetre. According to the composer, Density 21.5 is based on two melodic ideas—one modal, one atonal—and all of the subsequent material is generated from these two themes. Despite the inherent limitations of writing for an unaccompanied melodic instrument, Varèse expertly explores new areas of space and time, utilizing registral contrasts to effect polyphonic continuity / La obra más conocida del revolucionario compositor franco-estadounidense Edgar Varèse es Density 21.5, una breve pieza para flauta travesera sola.
