One of the most famous symphonies in the world, the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra was founded in Venezuela in 1975 by composer José Antonio Abreu. Fiesta pays tribute to this great orchestra that has been led by such conductors as Claudio Abbado, Eduardo Mata, and Gustavo Dudamel.
