I Cinque Elementi wind quintet live in Lova (Venice) Haydn: Divertimento in B-dur, Corale S. Antonio The musicians of the wind quintet I Cinque Elementi (the five elements) are the solo players of the Civica Orchestra di Fiati di Padova (Wind Orchestra of Padua, Italy). The members of this ensamble are joined not only by a strong interest for chamber music, but also by the wish to discover new repertories. I Cinque Elementi wind quintet gave its first performance during the International Summer Festival in Friburg (Germany) where it obtained the warm approval of public and critics. The musicians of the group have attended the masterclasses of famous teachers and concert artists and have won the first prize of important musical contests as soloists or as members of chamber ensembles. They play with famous orchestras like Venice's Orchestra del Teatro la Fenice and Ferrara's Orchestra del Teatro Comunale. They play also ethnic instruments of ancient cultures. Their repertory consists not only of original music for wind quintet, but also of arrangements of symphonies and overtures of composers of the classical age and of the 1900s, some of them have been arranged by Claudio Fanton.

The CD Naturally will be a snapshot of the rhytmic, dynamic and timbre nuances that characterize the tension generated during live executions.
