This is my orchestration of bohemian composer František Kocžwara's (who today is only known for weird death...look it up) obscure piano piece 'The Battle of Prague'. I found this piece a while ago when I perused through a list of worst classical music ever written. Now, keep in mind, this WILL NOT sound like a battle. It'll sound like a very elegant late 18th century trio sonata concerto grosso thingy. Because that's what it is. Apparently, this work was very famous in the early to mid 19th century. Approaching this piece, I decided to orchestrate it in an 18th century style, but with my own twists (such as two offstage trumpets performing the bugle calls and janissary band percussion). It's not all in a 18th century style (ex. the 'God Save the King' section, which is noble and romantic) Enjoy
