Soprano Rim Sae-kyung will perform the role of the eponymous heroine of Giuseppe Verdi's "Aida" at the Arena di Verona Festival in Italy, one of the world's biggest open-air summer festivals of opera. Rim's inclusion as one of six sopranos to play the role is a first for a Korean in the festival's 102-year-long history.
