Composer Marcus Norris Makes Asian Debut in China with GLORY Violin Concerto
Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Composer Marcus Norris makes his Asian debut June 18, 2019 with a performance of his 2019 violin concerto, titled GLORY. Violinist Xie Min and the School of Arts in South China University of Technology orchestra will be performing the work as part of a concert at Xinghai Concert Hall in Guangzhou. The performance comes following three sold-out performances of GLORY by the Jackson Symphony Orchestra in March 2019, and was composed on their commission.
